    Formula Jr project

Love the lines of this boat. working on making it somewhat period correct. Most likely will be using a newer Mercrusier 5.7l with a Bravo I.
Have been searching for a way to reproduce the logos on the side.
I throw up some pic to keep you guys informed.

    thanks,

    Ken Cook

I'm sure any sign company can copy it.

I have a half dozen scripts that were sand cast in bronze 10 years ago on hand. They aren't perfect but are a starting point. I believe a member from the other site has a fresh set that could be used for copying. ( in the future )

I also have one of the original metal scoops for copying too...

Such a cool little boat . What's the scoop on the fuel tank status/replacement , are you doing a deck off ?
Also , if they were built like Donzis of the same vintage , are you beefing up the hull for the new V8 ?

    Fuel tank

The fuel tanks where mounted under the deck up front, this will be my placement also.
The cap was removed and stringers, transom and floor were replaced. The person that I got boat from had put a outboard on it, Mercury 150, said it ran around 50.
I have most of the parts to do the interior and dash. Will have to save my mad money for the engine, gimbal and drive.

Paying as you go along is the way to go ! Less stress , no huge debt when it's finished and you'll be happier with the end result.

Looks great, nice work! Eager to see the yellow. (Looks like the seat base is too far forward though. )
