Anyone know this 22 in Chicago?

    https://chicago.craigslist.org/nwc/b...291006932.html

Anyone familiar, pretty cheap, wondering if there are issues or is it just the paint and fall pricing?

    Thanks for any input..

The seller has a good reputation. That is a great deal.

Big block 22 at that price is a no brainer if there isn't anything wrong with it.

I have a 1996 22' Classic with same setup with approximately 400hrs. Mine was repainted in 2003 (awgrip) a deeper blood red. Kinda like the brand new 18's being made.
My boat is in pretty good shape. This weekend I was offered $28,000 for mine at the boat ramp. I should've taken it and bought this one.

    That is a Deal

A lot less than I'd take for my boat. I agree the Red jell fades over time and needs painting...
    Thank you, Patrick

Agreed, I am wondering why it is not selling, seems like a good price.

If you look close the red paint is chipping on the lower sides and transom, maybe that is turning some people off. 3 or 4k for a new paint job.

I heard it has sold. Or at least a deposit has been put down.

Mine looks very similar. Everything was identical except the red sides where mine is white. Mine also needs a repaint as a lot of the gel is cracking too. Damn Red donzi's.

Deposit was me! Closed the deal today. Shipping it out to California for Lake Tahoe action ASAP. Boat is in good shape, repainted sides with some chipping at the waterline.

Been a donzi fan my whole life, and pumped to make my first 22 a reality!!
