Here is a new listing for a Warlock 29 with big power at what seems like a price that is too good to be true........$22k

    The link ..........http://tampa.en.craigslist.org/hil/boa/3836615109.html

    And the description ...........

    Warlock 29 world class f1.
This is one of a handful of actual race lay up boats!
    Not a production boat.
These boats were built to take a beating. They set record after record and still win races today.
This boat was converted to pleasure use in 04 and has nothing but the best equipment/power available.
It has been set up for comfortable speed and efficiency.
    Balsa Core.
    Billet 572 approx 750+hp
    Cmi headers
    Playboy cabin
    Full flotation
    Solid floors
    Comm system
    Throttle man station
    280k planes
    Mechanical gauges
T style custom tank for precise c.g
    Blue printed bottom
    Bravo x diesel drive
2in shorty imco sport master lower.
This boat is a multiple time world champion boat. Not much has been made that can beat it.
It will outrun and is stabler in the water then most boats 10 feet bigger.
    90+ mph in the chop.
This was a fresh water boat most of its life. About 15 hours salt use.
The motor has about 10 hours on it. Same with drive.
    Call or text 678-925-2872
    Thanks

Agree Duck, something is crazy for $22k. What is a Bravo x diesel drive and why would someone have one on a race boat?

It turns out that the single step was added to the 29 in 1997, and for two years before that, 1995 and this 1996 that just came up for sale were just pad bottom 24 degree hulls..........$30k

Not too good to be true f1, but the real deal.

Haven't been on the forum for a little while, but saw the scam craigslist ads on the 'F1 Warlock 29. Here's the real deal and as You know this boat was doing really well in F1 racing and even gave Bob Christie in his Team Scarab 26 F1 AleHouse a run for the money. This boat's coming about was supervised by legendary racer Peter Dean of Propco Propellers. Here's a link to the ad and a few photos of Mr. Dean etc.

    NO RELATION TO THE ADVERTISER>

    2001 World Class 29 warlock - $35000 (Lake Lanier)

Here is a very nice 29 warlock world class built in 2001 new as an APBA F1 race boat, there is 235 hours on hull but only 30 hours on the rebuilt HP500 engine and Bravo One outdrive. the hull is blue printed and the boat has been impecably maintained and always stored inside. this is a very fast boat that runs in the low 80's and includes lifting straps and nice steel trailer. the bolster and cockpit cover is an insert and can be remove to install a standard style interior or put her in the water and go racing tomorrow. boat is located in Gainesville, GA on lake Lanier just north of Atlanta. feel free to ask any questions. The Boat loves rough water. Great poker run boat. Serious inquires only.. I am not interested in putting my boat at a brokerage.
