    Hi Marshall,
Yes, Aaron now has two of them. I had a couple people interested in it some time back, but nothing ever came of the interest. I wanted someone to have it who would follow through with the restoration and Aaron seemed like a perfect candidate for adopting it.

Bill are you supplying (engines, drives etc and Aaron doing all the rigging towards a final completion?
Sorry to pry, but it seems like a unique arrangement......like sending your Mag off to a special home for

    Hey Pete,
Aaron got the boat like when I quit on it with nothing except the original gas fills and a fuel/filter crossover assembly that I had put together. He will be on his own from here and I look forward to seeing what he eventually does with it. It is his boat now. Bill

    Hi Guys....

Yep, I took over the project from Bill. He was nice enough to give, or at the very least, extend credit to me... I'm restoring way too many things right now but this boat will get done. It's going in my garage on dollies soon.

My plans are to restore it to a period correct specification. I will probably put Mercs and Bravos in it. The original color is a bright lime green. Although this would be cool, I may do something a little less bright.

I'm still trying to figure out the hull number. The dash was cut where the number is written in my other 27 Sport....and there's no transom HIN. Total bummer...I'd love to know the history in general.

I'll likely share pics as I go....

Cool! (If you decide to go with the lime green, I'll support you. )

Thanks Bill....got all the paint off the port side yesterday. It's had a few poor repairs but overall, not bad. I crawled around up front and will need to tidy things up a bit...makes me realize how nicely restored my other Sport is....someone spent a ton of money. I'll make this one as nice for sure...
