Trim Tabs stuck down - No power to tabs

Tabs all the way down. Now there is no power, no pumping going on. 1996 22 classic with original trim master unit. Is there an inline fuse that may have blown. They worked fine earlier when tubing. When kid went to drive back to marina he stated he first hit them in the wrong direction then they stopped working. They are all the way down. Now seems like no power to the pump.

The Trim Master system has an automotive style two prong fuse in the harness about a foot from the control switches.
The owner manual says that if you accidentally hit one switch up and the other down at the same time the fuse will blow .
    A simple fix , I hope that's what happened !

Fixed it. Thanks for the help. There was a little breaker (black box with white plunger) under the dash. Reset it and all is good. I think the trim switch was pushed for too long of a time and tripped it.
