    V drive question

Those of you with v drives, the Crusaders use water pressure to run through the unit and exit above the waterline.

Do you have a seperate pickup?

    My 1967 Century Arabian does.
My Nova24vDrive, which we are completing the resto on, has a T in the line out of the hollow strut/pickup.

A T looks like a bad idea, the more we think about it.
    Thanks,
    Craig

In the race boat they did the same thing. I split it off and put in a small clam scoop in the bottom with a shut off valve just for the V-drive and stuffing box.
A winner is just a loser that got up and did it one more time.
