1995 212 Medallion Is this the Donzi stepchild?

I just picked up a 1995 212 Medallion Bowrider. 7.4 with Bravo 1. Seems like it will make a great boat for towables and family fun. Im a bit discouraged to see there is basically zero info online about this boat.
I was just wondering if anyone hear is familiar with this model and if its a well built boat. Im not even sure its actually made by Donzi. Also why was a 210 made in the same time frame. Appears to be the exact same boat. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
