PRESERVE, DON'T RESTORE
Congrats! Beautiful boat and desirable power. I dig the DIY stands too. How big a pain was it to pull the trailer out from under her? Any tips or lessons learned?

After the stands were built and the dollies finished to the correct height, it wasn't too bad.
I lowered the tongue to the ground. This raised the azz end of the boat about 4". Slid the stands under the boat. Raised the front of the trailer back up. Rear of the boat was off the bunks. Very easy.
Next, raised the front of the trailer and slid the v-blocks that I made under the keel. See pic 6 of 12 in post 12. They were equipped with 8 ton bottle jacks. Now, this is where the fun began. I lowered the tongue with keel jacked up and now the boat was clear of the bunks. I then moved the trailer forward until a jack hit a crossmember or axle. I then had to reposition the jacks on the rear side of the crossmember and slide the trailer forward. I used two V-blocks so that I always had one firmly on the keel. It took and hour or two to slowly work the trailer out completely.
It took a long tome due to several factors. I was alone. The trailer had about 5 crossmembers. I chocked the wheels and used jackstands for safety. Each time I move the trailer, I relocated the chocks and jacks. This took forever. If you have to do this to your boat, get one or two helpers and you can do this in no time at all.
The only hiccup came after the boat was on the dollies. The caster wheels on the front dolly proceeded to disintegrate while sitting with the weight on them. They just could not handle the load. They were left over ones that I had lying around the shop. When I went move the boat, they weren't budging. I temporarily used my floor jack's wheel to help move the boat in the garage further.
I replaced the bad casters on front dolly today with better ones, and proceeded to move the boat the side of the garage where it will reside normally. Once I got it moving it slid right over, and I was alone. This boat weighs a ton. Well about 3 tons to be more precise.
Now I just have to finish spec'ing out the trailer and get it built.

Thanks for the play-by-play on getting her on stands. Jacked the bowrider transom off the trailer once to adjust the bunks and it was a PITA.
Looking forward to new trailer pics, and the process of getting her back on the bunks.

Had the new trailer delivered last weekend. Here are some photos. I have more but they keep loading upside down and I can't figure out how to fix that. What was nice, besides the delivery, was Willie and one of his helpers, helped me load the boat onto the trailer. I am very pleased.
