    Gasket question ... Holman Moody risers

    Do yall leave just top port open, or all 3?

    I forget but one is free flow and one is restrictive for some reason. Maybe due to the type of thermostat housing. I personally use the free flow.
    A winner is just a loser that got up and did it one more time.

    Thank you. I couldn't post from my phone, but figured out.

    Now to just get the water out of the oil!

    At this point, we think its the intake. We've ordered an almost new Offenhauser 360. Unfortunately, it hasn't shipped yet. :-(

    We also have some backup shorty headers to run, if the intake doesn't do the trick. This will allow us to eliminate water intrusion through the exhaust. But, like i say, at this point the culprit seems to be the intake. It has questionable repairs.

    Man I don't like seeing oil like that. Had that issues earlier in the year.

    "A little too much" water to boil off.


    Just for the hell of it,put 6-8 oz in a metal pan and place the pan on your gas grill.

    If you have an IR temp gun get the oil to say 250F and see what happens.
