    Great Customer Service From PPI :)

    Just a quick plug for PPI in Sarasota.

    One of the buckets seats on my 2004 18' has developed a small tear, almost a pre-tear, about 1 1/2" long.
    For now, a small patch in the correct color should be very hard to see and will keep the tear from getting worse.

    On Monday I contacted Missy at PPI, sent her a few pictures, and the upholstery code. She located a small amount from the original batch and mailed it up. I offered to pay, but there was no charge.
    The money, of course, is relatively insignificant, but the quick, professional response is much appreciated.

    PPI will be my first call if/when the seats need a little work.

    Sounds like they are a class act. Your seats look great.

    My 2000 18 Classic seats are showing some wear. The pigment on the tops of the seats is wearing away. Does anyone sell the correct dye for these white seats that is easy to apply, looks good, and will stand up over time?
