    Pertronix distributer?

Im finishing building a matched pair of 351w/418s for my Nova. Now i have a distributer dilemma.

I have one new Pertronix (cw rotating), and 1 old Mallory (ccw rotating) in questionable condition.

Is the Pertronix any good, or should i try and find a couple decent Mallorys and just install Igniters in them?

I installed a pertronix kit to an old points distributer a lot of years ago and it was awesome.
A winner is just a loser that got up and did it one more time.

Yep...I'd be happy with a matched set of old Mallorys. Anyone have a set?

I think Mallory is now owned by MSD.

Today I bought the YLM554CV Mallory off ebay...new without box, and the YLM554DV as a leftover (rightover?) from marineengineparts.com.

    Thanks for the help.
