my wife is new to being a camera person and I was kinda caught up with some engine issues

    next year I'll do better

huge thanks to all that sent pics

I can only upload a 15 minute video so I used as many as I could

big thanks to all that set this up and special thanks to Gary and his family for all the help they gave me

When the waves are high and the light is dying,
well raise a glass and think of me...
    When I'm home again,
    boys, I'll be buying!

Once again you've put together a great video !

What an awesome place to run the classics. You can go like mad yet still find your peace and solitude on a tree encircled lake .
And all that fresh water makes me green with envy .

Out of interest , how long is the boating season there and what are the average maximum ambient temperatures , water included , during the season ?

this year we had the best weather by far mid 80s with white puffy clouds . the boating season May to Oct if the weather is mild maybe april the swim season is late June to Sept. water temp high 60s low 70s but once the nights get cool the lake cools off quick

80-90 during the day june to aug 60 70 at night
early and late season 70-80 during the day and anywhere from 40 to 60 at night

every boater should see it at least once

water is extremely clear and your prop wash turns bright blue my first time there I refused to dock in my slip I could see a huge rock under the slip the guy next to me handed me a telescoping 12 ft boat pole and Said go ahead touch the rock it was at least 20 feet down.

Those daytime temps are similar to it here but thanks to the influence of the ocean we don't get such massive dips at night .
That water though is definitely not up to speed . I won't go over until it gets to at least 81f I think I'll have to stay on the boat

If Cigs become welcome, I'd go. Always wanted to see the lake and the video only doubled-down on that.

Great video. Thanks for sharing. Wish I had been there. When you see all those beautiful boats together and hear the sound through those pipes, it reminds you of how special these boats are.
