1998 18 Prop help

1998 18 305 260hp bravo one drive. I have a 19p Mirage plus on it now it flies out of the hole but falls on its face at 50 Tested out a 23p mirage plus brought me up to 58 and all around seemed better, rpm were lower to but little dogish out of the hole .looking for a good all around prop was thinking a 21p mirage plus might be the ticket but before I buy just seeing if anyone has any input.

If you don't mind spending a little time and $$ testing, you can find the best speed and handling combo for your boat.
BBlades and other shops do have test programs. I'd test a Turbo 1 (Turbo costs a lot less) and Merc Mirage plus back to back; maybe even throw a 4 blade (Merc Rev 4) into the mix. Test the props back to back to back with the same load and in the same water conditions.
