    I licked it!
    I should have figured this out earlier. As I mentioned, the blower, bilge pump,
    and compressor are all wired and grounded in the same area of the STBD
    transom. I was in the bilge this morning tightening the front engine mount nuts
    and jam nuts, and saw a #10 black wire w/o an end on it!!! I have no extra wires
    anywhere so I figured it must be the ground wire from the ground bus on the
    transom. I suppose I didn't remove it from the engine ground stud when I
    pulled the engine. I put a new end on the wire and connected it to one of the
    ground studs on the top/rear of the engine/flywheel cover.
    Now, everything works!
