how is the lake to run ?

Is it a lot of safe running ?

My favorite spot on the Lake. JParanee, it's a beautiful lake to run on, really safe. Every obstruction is clearly marked and most of the lake is wide open without any random obstructions. Only a few spots here and there. Careful where you go fast, south of the "narrows," and especially in the southernmost part in the village, there's police that will ticket you. Speed limit is 45. Honestly, as long as you just look around before you run fast you'll be fine.

The Atlantic City OPA race always lines up with the same weekend as the dustoff so I won't be there for the run. I'll try to come by on Friday before I leave for AC.

Yep been there done that also with my dad as well as my own family. I am a fourth generation funeral director in our business, and there is no such thing as a schedule or vacation sometimes.....
