    1980 Formula One 17' boat

I just purchased this 1980 Formula One boat. It has a 120HP Mercruiser and pre-alpha drive. The gelcoat is all original. The boat has lots of room in the cockpit due to the short bow. To me, its one of the best designed little boats I've seen. Powerboat Magazine named it compact boat of the year in 1980.

    Nice

Very cool boat. Have fun with it. You don't see too many in that condition.
I have far too many boats, just ask my Wife.
If you have something of great quality, and you take care of it, it will last forever.

Very nice boat but needs a big block.

Probably overkill, but I have thought about going with a small block and thru-hull exhaust.

I think every boat needs a BB but that's just me.
What ever you like is fine with me. A bad ass SB would be nice.
