Great drive , and in fact I have owned two boats in the past that had this drive or drive's with one being a 27 Aero - Mag take off , and the other a 24 Panther , and to tell you the truth if I have a project boat that is in need of a drive most likely it will be Stern Power / repainted - Black , and not to mention that this drive will not break the wallet like some others ...........................LOL.

http://marysvillemarine.com/ Maryville Marine is the biggest distributor in Mich for Stern Power parts who also sells a service manual and if my memory serves me right Stern Power actually was made and owned by Chrysler in the beginning and sold out to Stern Power .

I had them & even helped design the SP speed foot that they used, great strong drive if you had the ones that used a crash box or transmission. The first pic is the pattern I made, then had them cast @ Wolverine casting. Stern Power copied them for there Sp drive.
