If I take her outside this week end I will snap some better pictures.
These push pins are flush when not in use. When you insert the pin the center is pushed in and when remover it rises back to the top. The pin comes with the short loop but you can ask for any length loop and the loop is easily removed if you want to something Else. I have used the bigger pins from other suppliers. They are big and can do damage to the boat when flinging around. These are small and light. You can't use them for tying rope to tie up however, they make a larger clip that can be used for that. I will look for their web address and post it later.

Nice. When I found them a little over a year ago in Italy the build quality was a little unclear. For $85 USD they are more than good.
