    By 'molded' did you mean they made a re-usable mold? I was thinking they maybe built a deck right onto the hull, using flat ply (or nearly flat) as a base and building it up. Couple shots from inside the cabin, looking up, might tell a good bit about what was done.

    Lotta work regardless, but curious what details suggest a mold was built, if that's what you suspected.

    I've seen a lot of glassed over plywood abortions in my lifetime and none of them had the look that that one does .
    Just because something's old doesn't mean you throw it away !

    Gotcha. Certainly looks well done. Strikes me as very well executed, but not professional-level design.

    If the same guy did the wind screen It's a pity he didn't put the same amount of effort into that too ... oh , and that instrument cluster also ..
