    Fireboy auto extinguishing system

Anyone using one, or a competitive brand? If so, what size on a 22C.

    Thanks

I run these is all my boats. They are designed for Top fuel funny cars. I have 2 outlets around the engine area and a 3rd either at the fuel tank area or driver area. They are not cheap but look amazing and area the best on the market.

Curious, how did you get a line for the suppressant to the driving/fuel area. Did you run the line up one of the sides or was that factory installed? What size cylinder did you use?

Peter, I've got the detector system only in my Sweet 16 but if you go online to FireBoy they have a selection list. I recall the suppression system is based on cubic feet of each covered area.

The system that I install come with all the tubing and fitted surpression outlets. It's a great kit.

We have a Fireboy setup on the race boat. Fortunately we haven't had to use it yet (knock on wood), but it's a high quality system that a bunch of other teams use as well and recommended to us. I don't think you can go wrong with it.
