I found this boat on Offshore Only 5 years ago.
Have had a blast with it on Lake Norman ever since but it is time for me to move on.
New transom and stringers a little over 1 year ago.
- 427ci Chevrolet Tall Deck - 10.2” (have heard it called a 454 Tall Deck too)
- Bore = 4.310
- Stroke = 4.250
- Rods = H-Beam 6.535
- Patriot Freedom Aluminum Heads - 2.3 IN/1.9EX
- Harland Sharp Roller Rockers 1.7
- Comp Cams HYD Roller Lifters
- Comp Cams HYD Roller Cam - Custom Grind (have Cam Card)
- Pistons = SRP
- Intake = WEIND Team G High Rise Aluminum
- CARB = Holley 850 Double Pump (worked to flow around 900)
- Exhaust = Gill Offshore DRY
- Ignition = MSD Electronic (6000 rpm chip)
-Bravo One outdrive. 1:50-1
-Newer lower unit with low water p/u (below cone)
-Mirage 27P 3 Blade (non plus)
-Brand new untested Power Tech 26P OFX4 four blade, polished SS with a little cup. (Was told it should act sorta like a 27 four blade)
-Dina Steering wheel
-Retro Morse throttle
- Dana 1100 Trim Tabs/LED indicators. These are 30" and make the boat ride like a 26' Pantera in the rough! (if one existed)
-Full hydraulic steering to the wheel. Dual ram.
-Drive shower
-Battery boxes
-Dual Axle trailer
-80mph boat
Would need just a little interior work and maybe a matching set of gauges to be VERY nice.
All gauges work, just a few different brands (see pic)
Runs like a champ.
A great nostalgic Pantera to own.
