this WAS a running Vortec late model takeout from Smokediver's 16, it has been stored inside for a few years here, and now it's tight to turn over, BUT everything is there except the carb, belt, and PS pulley. Clean exhaust ports and intake. All factory original. Would make a great core for a hopup 14 or 16 project, or buy for spare parts.
