    Another Bench Seat Hornet Saved!!!!!!

This is a rare one... Daytona Turbo boat.

I have know about this boat for years. Someone I know has been looking for a benchseat hornet and has the funds and where with all to do the boat correctly. So I put him in touch with the owner and he scoffed it right up.Everything thing is there and 100% complete, just the motor is gone. All the hard to find hardware, windsheld came with the boat etc.

Cant wait to see it done!!!

some years ago the previous owner rented a boat and came out to the island for our fall picnic to do some research sounds like it is in good hands

from the dash and the vents an early pre 67 turbo boat

neat another one on the road to resto

I heard there was a Benchseat from Mass coming North (Canada) for a restoration. Is this the one?

As I have said before it truly amazes me when someone has to have one of these rare pieces of history from thunderboat row they leave no stone unturned, run down every lead, overcome any obstacle to attain their dream.

If the new owner is a member of this forum and sees this If I can be of any assistance please feel free to contact me.

Good luck with this project it looks like a great boat

good to see the market for these boats holding a high value. ~~~~
