90 MPH and 29 Feet For $17,500 ........Possible?

This seems to be bordering on the ridiculous price wise. 750hp, an IMCO Sporty, external steering and 24 degrees of V for $20 grand. Sounds like it might qualify for the best deal of 2013 so far
One of you Florida boys needs to check grab this puppy and then tell me that it would only do GPS 80 I bet the guy is a drug runner!

    2000 Warlock 29ft *power boat* 572 BBC 90+mph - $17,500

Warlock 29 world class f1. This is one of a handful of actual race lay up boats! Not a production boat. These boats were built to take a beating. They set record after record and still win races today. This boat was converted to pleasure use in 04 and has nothing but the best equipment/power available. It has been set up for comfortable speed and efficiency.
    Balsa Core.
    Billet 572 approx 750 +hp
    Cmi headers
    Playboy cabin
    Full flotation
    Solid floors
    Comm system
    280k planes
    Mechanical gauges
    T style custom tank
    Blue printed bottom
    Bravo x diesel drive
2in shorty imco sport master lower.
    Custom labbed prop
This boat is a multiple time world champion boat. Not much has been made that can beat it.
It will outrun and is stabler in the water then most boats 10 feet bigger.
    90+ mph in the chop.
This was a fresh water boat most of its life. About 15 hours salt use.
The motor has about 10 hours on it. Same with drive.
    This week only 17500 OBO
Yearly storage rent is due soon and hate to pay it for boat to sit again.

    Thanks

Just a few thoughts from what I have seen: To me, "race lay-up" and "balsa cored" mean extra light build for a limited life span as a race boat. Aren't all Warlocks cats? That would explain the top end. It's not hard to get a cat to 90 mph. I've been seeing a lot of boats listed lately with "10 hours" or so on the engine(s).... So.... I would definitely get it surveyed first.

Mop has a Bravo X Diesel Drive on his 22. Stronger gears I'm thinking.
