Congrats on your new project.
Formula Jr.s are great little close cousins to the Donzi 16. Very similar designs by the same boat desiger.
Do a forum search here on the search function above for threads on "formula jr" .
There are quite a few guys who have posted interesting threads on these great little speedboats.
Quite a few of these Forsmula Jr. boats have popped-up on the forum the last few years.
I also hope you have the entire complete Eaton outdrive~~~as parts, & complete old original first generation Eaton outdrives, are very tough to find today.
Keep us updated on your Formula Jr. project.
Good Luck !

hey Brad thanks and I will update from time to time. I am still getting ready to gelcoat the magnum missile 2 years later.
Jer , where did you purchase that boat......................location .
hey Artie got it up in Alpena like I need another one of these oldies to work on?
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM ..................................that is twice now , and to think you got the boat for $ 600.00 , or less ............never again .....Bud !
Love those little boats. Got a guy local that has one in much worse shape that wants a lot more then you paid. If he ever comes down I'll kick it to the front of the line and restore it.
A winner is just a loser that got up and did it one more time.

Yeah Mark I know about putting at the head of the line believe me.I just hope the line gets shorter, before I do
good luck on the project if you have any Holman Moody numbers I can try and decipher for you. block casting numbers would help as well. the interceptor also came in a ford 260 the timing chain cover usually has the interceptor serial number
To my knowledge H/M never used the series 16 eaton or the interceptor badged risers
