As an owner of a 30 Cigarette T/S that runs 106 on GPS, I highly doubt the claim of 110 in that hull. Several years back a girl I know bought a 25ZX 502 Mag MPI, She lost interest in it shortly after and left it at my dock for a full season. I ran the heck out of that boat and it would only go mid 50's, not a very efficient hull.

We've played with similar centrifugal supercharged projects, my neighbor built a 25 Baja with a 502/M1SC package and it was a struggle to hit 90. 110 is light years away...

Just my .02, which in this economy, is only worth .01, and actually is less than that since my original .02 isn't really worth .02.

I think it broke the rocker studs twice, but that was before Mark got ahold of it. If I remember right, Mark found a bunch a crap parts in it and redid it. Then he massaged it to 950. I don't hink it was putting out that much when he was breaking studs. Man, this whole thing was a while back and it is hard to remember all the crap Kieth did.

Brian still has his big 502 and has been running it hard for 4 years. It is getting a little loose and tired, but still packs a punch. Bill's was still rocking when he sold it. Bill was closer to Kieth in hp. I am with ya though, anyone pushing 750 plus on a GM 502 is on borrowed time.

I don't thing this is Kieth selling it. If it was, the description would be the size of a small novel. Plus, the guy has it listed with a 454 and a jet drive.

You can smack a Gm block just fine. You can't hold it long at WFO anyway.

I had all sorts of advice from those that never held my throttle on how to go faster. Basically you hold it until you get scared and come out of it. Want to go faster....just stay in it longer.
