    a big shout out to the designer of this cluster****, so i figure now that I have to split the deck from the hull to change a cable might has well do a whole resto ????? WTF

    I guess cutting an access hole is out of the question? It sure makes it easy for future service work. You could cover it with a flush mount cover plate or a deck access plate. Bill
