Plugged Super Nova on CBS TV today

WBOC is the eastern shore CBS TV station. Their market covers some 486,000 people in the DE, MD, and VA states (not the western shore like Annapolis and Pasadena) I was interviewed for a What to Do for Father's Day Weekend theme as the 4th segment in from the beginning of the show. The Show is a life style show that covers cooking, health, pets, and what is happening around the Eastern Shore.

It will air at 4:00 PM on Tuesday with my part being about 2-3 minutes about the upcoming Cheaspeake Bay Chapter ACBS Festival coming on June 15,16,and 17, 2012 to the CBMM in St. Michaels, MD.

I was asked to talk about the Boats, the 66 Vendors, Seminars, Kids events.... a "high points" over-view of how the Show is for the entire family in what it covers with Classic Boats being the central theme.

So, while I said that the show has a chance to beat its all time high boat count, I made it real I thought by saying that those that attend the show should seek out and see at least 3 boats: Super Nova as a classic fiberglass off-shore racer, Murphy's Law, as a transition boat for the wood to fiberglass (she is a 1959 Silver Arrow fiberglass Chris Craft painted silver), and Granny, a real top shelf classic bright finished wood Gar Wood.

The Silver Arrow Silver Finish is the ideal feature boat for a Silver Anni. 25th Annual Show.

This show is a 10,000 folks over the 3-day weekend type show if the weather is good.

Nice job! Sounds like a great event. Maybe someone will record the segment...

The TV station took their link down now, as it is old news.

This should be a link to a static photo of me being interviewed and a write-up about that interview...
