Question 18 Classic engine hatch struts

Any recommendation on what brand/size/loadcapacity to use to replace the now worn out originals? Can't tell manufacturer from old ones. About 10.5" compressed and 20" extended. Thanks for any input.

Contact Jamie @ Lakeside Marine. I bought the entire kit (mine didn't have anything) with gas struts and mounting hardware from them for my Ski-Sporter.

Donzi Direct/Josh (banner at the top) might also have them, but I haven't checked.

If all you're looking for is the strut itself, you should be able to get it at West Marine or any well stocked auto parts store. If it's obscure, a picture will help in determining a solution.
