    New Seats for an 18

I need to replace the fron seats on my 18 (the wood is soft). Any ideas where I can get some new ones that will look right?

    I'm not a gynecologist, but I'll take a look.

Or, since you're a handy kind of guy, replace the plywood and have them recovered.
I once did a set of front seats using Starboard.........I suppose they'll last ofrever.

I could, I just thought I'd check on what new ones cost before I go that route. I've made enough furniture to know this is a bigger job than it appears. Barrel seats are a pain to make, let alone make look good.

Ours are $575 each, plus shipping from Sarasota, Florida: https://www.donzidirect.com/upholste...cket-seat.html Absolutely zero wood is used in these seats. Send us a snippet of what you've got and we'll send you a swatch of our best available matches. Or, tell us what colors you'd like and we'll send you some options. There's typically no extra charge for different colors, whether you're looking for white with colored welt, solid color, stripes running through the seats, etc.

To find out a little more about what you're buying, we put an upholstery album on our Facebook page with construction photos and descriptions, along with some photos of recent work. You can see it here: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?s...6328588&type=3

Call or email any time with any questions!
