2-2000 350 Magnum MPI Complete engines.

Take outs from my 2000 ZX28, only 221 hours on both engines, 1 ran hot needs head work and a water pump, 1 runs fine good compression, I would freshen up the lower end, both were just tuned up, and have new CMI manifolds and risers. Both engines come complete with everything from the spark arrestor to the oil pan. Can ship in the Mercruiser crates from my 383's, the parts alone are worth more than the $4000.00 I would like to get but make me a reasonable offer on both and they are yours.Thank you

I would be interested in hearing if you pick up any speed with the 383's. Thanks.

    350's

Pulling them today, they need to go, the manifolds and risers are Stainless Marine out of Miami, any reasonable offer will get them complete, even if you don't need a good engine, there all kinds of good parts here, fuel injection systems, manifolds, risere, CPU, distributors, starters, alternators, water pumps, heads, shortblocks, come on someone needs this stuff!!!!
    Thank you,

350's are sold, first run on the 383's was 75 mph at 5400 rpm with my old 3 blade Mirage 23 pitch, I am going to try some 25 pitch labbed 4 blade Hydromotives I hope to get closer to 80 at 5200 rpm (after I get the interior back in) I also have the worlds shi**iest bottom paint I am blasting off soon I know I am loosing 3-4 mph there, I will post my results

    Sounds like it's running great.

One thought jumped to mind because I have a slip spreadsheet in front of me. Prop pitch specs aren't always terribly precise, but if your 25s are pretty close to 25, 5200RPM/1.5 ratio/80 mph would require 2.5% slip I think. Which seems pretty low. Not to say 80mph is out of reach, sounds to me like it is within reach with the coming bottom work. But I'd think it will come at slightly higher RPM or pitch. But again, just taking my best guess. Interested to hear how the 25s run.

Major congrats on your repower--really like that engine package you picked.
