Livorsi side mount throttle replacement in a 18C q

I am thinking about replacing the OEM throttle control on my 1995 18C and am wondering if and what other guys have used. I really like the Livorsi side mount control in the link below. Are these typically a "plug and play" installation? I think the OEM throttle is a Quicksilver or something like that. I can't exactly remember what it is at the moment. Anyways, mostly wondering if anyone has used the Livorsi and what I can expect as far as install goes? Thanks

The Livorsi is billet but a dressed up/re badged Uflex B184M scroll the link below, it is a pretty decent unit but about the same quality as stock Merc.

Honestly I think the 3000 Merc control on my 94 is the best side mount I have ever used.
