Many ski boats use these engines, like PCM, for instance.
I can reccomend Michigan Motorz for many of these parts.

    what vintage is the 351
as george said most skiboats use a pcm or indmar ford 351 setup
omc and volvo used a 351 setup also. to my knowledge these all use a pulley driven water pump mounted to the timing chain cover
the only issue would be if this is a older holman moody setup with their crank driven cross over water pump, this setup requires teeth on the inside of the pulley that mate to the teeth on the shaft of the water pump. this setup also requires a rubber star shaped damper that keeps the teeth from grinding together. the pulley on the h/m setup is a single pulley for the alt belt, the newer setups are three pulley or serpentine for water pump alt and power steering

I have a never used (3) bolt HO crank pulley, still has Ford sticker but does have some rust from sitting around. PM me if you have a (3) bolt crank. Phil
