    Ken,
Sorry I just spotted your request and I know I have a free leftover piece for you somewhere even longer then you need, I just went out to the shop/garage and my basement to give a quick look for it but currently haven't spotted it or the box i'm thinking it's in.
I'll continue to look for it or e-mail me if you have already picked one up since Monday and i'll call off my search..

I have a few pieces left over that I was saving. I paid $143 incl shipping for 3'. That's about $24 per 6". I will send you this 7" piece for $30 total. It is new and is 4" ID.

    Ken,
The free for you including the mailing 4" dia, piece of exh hose that i'm searching for is not blue in color if that's what you're looking for, mine is black if that matters but is new un-used.

I might have some scraps from a project floating around. Not sure if it's trident or shields, but it is blue silicon 4". I know I have a new 3' piece, but I'm not quite ready to start cutting on that yet. As you know, they're pretty proud of that stuff.

If you don't need to use it for exaust applications, the ricer crowd uses silicon hose for their air intakes. It's a lot cheaper stuff than the marine exhaust hose and you can probaly buy it in 6" lengths on ebay.

It's kinda ugly, and it's only 5.5", but it's yours if it will work.

Don, thanks, but it is a touch too short.

Time for a seat on that Triumph, no?

With mine you get an extra inch! I know it's a lot of money but I paid a lot of money and as soon as I sell it I will probably need it. I got your PM and my offer stands if you don't find another piece. It's decent of these guys to offer them for free!

No problem; I knew it wasn't exactly what you wanted but I had it laying around.

The bike needs a touch more than a seat.

I think I posted the story when it happened but can't find it in the search. That's the bike I high-sided at about 85 last summer. Obviously I haven't put it back together. I did get to keep a neat titanium souvenir though.

Here are more pics of the carnage. I actually got off really light, only broke the wrist and a small fracture of the radius on the same arm. The arm came back 100%; the wrist 90%-it has pretty much full movement but a little pain.

Holy $hit Don, glad you're [largely] okay. Looks like your gear kept you alive.

    Ghastly pictures Don.
I'm glad the pieces still work.

My close by Aeroquip dealer offers the hose from "Federal Hose" for $35/foot.
