    yes several ways
When the sky is grey, look out to sea.
When the waves are high and the light is dying,
well raise a glass and think of me...
    When I'm home again,
    boys, I'll be buying!

Drilling and tapping is one method

machining a threaded washer and using a backing nut is another way

changing the prop shafts is also available but PITA$$$$$$$$$$

no matter what method you use you are going to need an assortment of thrust washers in various lengths.

depending on the prop and if there is any offset or no offset in the hub you will have issues with the prop hitting( bottoming out on ) the anode by the prop shaft or being to far from that anode and not having enough meat to fasten the prop on the end of the shaft or hitting the torque tab if you have them.

with the threaded washer/ backing nut setup and various length thrust washers, I have run any long shaft prop on a short shaft 250 . I have also run all my short shaft props on a long shaft 270 .
