    Too fast?

Daniel Derebery told me to come over to see the new 1350HP engines and M8 drives in a MTI that they are working on. The owner boats on Possum Kingdom Lake here in north Texas where he runs out of room when he tries to run it fast. There are too many bends in the fairly long lake to get much over 160MPH even though there is throttle left - I will try to take some pictures and post them. Bill

Yeah, I know what he's talking about. The Sacramento river up by my house has too many bends to really see what top end I can get. I haven't been able to keep it over 150 for more than a few seconds.

I'm talking about my bike on the levee road of course...I seriously doubt anything has ever hit those speeds on this stretch of the river!
