    rail ends

These are the two types of rail end I've seen on 16's and 18's. My boat had the pointier version, before they rotted away, and the rounder ones appear to be stainless. I want to put the side rails back on my boat and have two of each kind.
In a perfect world, I'd like four shiny pointy ended ones and the center supports that have one fastener in the middle and two supports, just like original. I'd settle for any thing that gets me a matching set before I go and install my mismatched pieces.
Does anybody have some of these, or know where I could find them? Thanks from me and my passengers who don't have a steering wheel to hang on to.

    Mike,

adding weight slows you down, corroded pieces weigh less, I bought a new prop, and might add hydraulic steering . . .

but did also buy 4 end pieces like this from Jamie at Lakeside, he has the pieces with the hidden fasteners.

Will be back on LI at some point this summer, Magnum progress is slow, so I may bring the Corsican .. . how about a Winni w/e in August for you ?

Thanks Mario, I'll give Jamie a call about the ends.
If you bring the Corsican, it would be nice to get a day on the Great South Bay. A whole bunch of beaches and coves to run around to and endless spots for lunch.
A trip up north has been on my to do list for a while. If you've got a date in mind, let me know so I can make sure I'm there.
What did you get for a prop? Something fast?

    Thanks for the plug Mario..

Maddad, Yes I do offer the replacements for those that are aesthetically, size & period correct. Also Mine are made out of high polished stainless instead of chrome.. Feel free to give me a shout during the week if you still need them. I also offer the right size rail in polished stainless as well..

    Fellow 1972 Owner

    Mike,
Complete set non-pointed (4) four ends and (2) centers free to a fellow 72 owner if you want them. SS in good shape polish them up and should look new.
