Lift ring suppose to twist?

I used them to tie up the boat and noticed they are twisting on my 22C just want to confirm this is expected. Thx.

Yes they have done it to me In the past snug the lock nut.regards Mike.

They just screw on to the threaded rod below so yes they twist/spin.

Turn it until it is all the way down and then back off just enough until it is straight. Then if you want you could lock it by winding the nut tightly up underneath the bottom of the hook.
