I remember reading about them in Hot Boat. The idea was to save outdrives from big power, and some guys put 2 props on Top Fuel hydros I think?

Pretty much too cool for words! I would love to take it out for a speed cruise. How do the drives get the power split between them? Bill

WOW. Pretty wild looking. Have not seen a splitter. The phrase "extremely good rough water boat" seems scary to me, like saying "great ski boat".

Yeah, I'm thinking 'rough' water is open to interpretation. With all that mass in the back it looks like it probably floats with about 10" of freeboard at the transom.

But I'm quite sure it hauls the mail like nobody's business and I wouldn't turn down a chance to take it for a spin.

I'm also going to guess it's a decent buy at $55K. He's got to have way more than that in the hardware alone.

Evidently the boys from Oz just set a world record with a single engine TWIN I/O DRIVE boat pulling two skiers at 136mph
