    Rechrome experience during my restoration.

Found a recommendation for this company doing a search here. Sent Don a picture of the parts...2 vents, 2 bow chocks, bow eye and trim ring, He replied immediately with an estimate of less than $300. Yes I could have purchased copies or cheap replacements but it would not be the same. I sent the parts to Don with a reasonable deposit. He acknowledged receipt and told me 10 days or so.

About 10 days later he called and we agreed on insurance, I paid the balance as he had estimated and 2 days later they were delivered.

All I can say is......wow. They are perfect. I think better than new. Here are a few pics. Here is his website http://www.polishedtreasures.com/

    That looks very nice.
Also, that's a very good price.

I had searched and found a many year old recommendation for them.....probably from you.....just wanted to report how happy I was with the results. The vents are so nice I may have to use anti-tamper screws so they don't get stolen......

I'm sure others have suggested them. If I remember, they are capable of doing a wide variety of finishes. It really makes you feel good when a small business takes that kind of pride in the work they turn out AND can make a good living in these trying times.

10-4 on the anti tampers........! Those suckers are mirrors.

Now remember to pleeeeeeeeeze weigh that deck of yours lol !!
