    Are you raw or closed cooled, also do you boat in fresh or salt? Without closed cooling in fresh you can run higher temps and use a regular automotive Tstat, in salt you you need a marine Tstat 140 degrees. With closed cooling a regular automotive Tstat 160 to 180, I run 180 in my stroker engine.

    Just checked I see you boat in fresh, I would opt for a 160 automotive Tstat.
