    Lab Finish vs Regular

    Could a lab finished prop cause you to lose speed?Example,30p bravo 1 vs 30p bravo 1 labbed.

    IF it makes you hit the rev limiter it could..

    What RPM did you hit before labbing the prop ? RPM after ? "HIGH LIFE"

    Anytime you change a prop there is always a chance, leading edge,thinning blades,balance,pitch,diameter, etc. a lot of variables.
    My guess would be in most cases it helps ,but I could see it not making any difference or actually hurting in a few cases
    If you are dealing with a reputable prop guy ,call him and tell him what its doing and he may be able to help you out ,after all thats why you got it labbed in the first place

    It will often make you lose a few mph in midrange. This is a common issue
