    prop question

cAN YOU GUYS GIVE OPINIONS on my prop performance I have a zx28 with twinmpi 300s the boat runs4800 rpm at wot with 25 mirage plus props, the meter tells me as of yesterday 69-71 mph, is there any benefit to running the boat at a higher rpm with say a set of 23 mirage plus or is there a better prop for me. I was contemplating having them labbed but not sure after reading on here. The boat runs to good to put chargers on it and end up with a bastardized money pit that never ends with the wrenching. Should I turn more rpms or leave well enough alone. Midrange cruise at 3000rpms it runs about 45 mph , Thanks guys for any help Kevin

That boat came with 25's for a reason. I would not waste money labbing them.

If you want to run fast, huffers are the way to go. I have been operating a blown engine for years. For the most part all I do is change the oil more often. It is all in the setup. Spend a little money to do it right and fear will be the limiting factor of how fast you can go.
