    1995 18 Classic Mod's?

I just purchased a '95 18 Classic w/ 350 Magnum Alpha I outdrive and silent choice exhaust, everything stock. I haven't GPS'd it yet but speedo is giving me mid 60's @5000rpm. What mod's would you guys recomend to increase top end? Also would it be feasible to install thru-hull exhaust?

    Thanks in advance.

A Shorty drive and a the right prop is a good start, after that you need more power. Then external steering, Kill switch is NOT optional...
    WTF, Over.....WTF, 10-4.....

Welcome to the board and the disease. There are all kinds of hop up options you can do, but to answer one of your questions, yes you can install through hull exhaust, then you might want to put on after market exhaust manifolds next, then it's all just $ from then on. Enjoy it and learn to drive it.

Do the prop first. As for the short drive anything can be done for a price. Now if it were me I would enjoy the summer and over the winter do a 383 and or bravo with a shorty. If the $$$$ are available. With that power the best would be about 5 mph with an SS and maybe a shorty. Now it is also true that you may gain nothing with just the drive.
