    Custom R/C paint work

    Hey everyone, me again,

Just want to let you guys know that I do custom R/C paint work. Primarily boats and helicopters, but can paint pretty much anything you want - I try to stay away from R/C car (clear lexan), bodies, as I hate painting from the inside, but if you wanted painted from the outside, we can work something out.

I use PPG, House of Kolor, and Sherwin Williams automotive paints and clears for a durable, hi-gloss finish.

You can see my web-site at www.clawrc.com

Thanks for keeping me in mind
    Wayne

    Wayne,
Very nice work! Why would you need help on boat restoration when you can do work like that? I know - they require different talents, but still........ Here is one of my radio controlled boats - my fastest. Bill

    Thank Bill,

I guess it's more a time thing, I know I can do it, just knowing it's going to take me a LONG time especially with making it a bench seat and moving the motor and everything.....

Nice outrigger, that is bar none the fastest design around - if memory serves me, all the speed records are held by outriggers. I've got 3 hulls to paint right now, one for a member here (43" deep V), and two more, a 50" cat hull, and a 45" Deep Vee that are just to take pictures of for my website.

    Thanks for the compliments!

    Some pictures

Some pictures of the Cat hull,.... needs a wet sanding and some polishing, but you get the idea,...

The blue is actually a metallic blue, and really sparkles in the sun the only vinyl on it is the chrome outline on the star, and the windshield "frame" - but that was pin striping tape, and had some problem with the way it interacted with the clear-coat,..... good thing this is just a "prototype" lol

For those of y'all who run RC cars, I'm doing a give-away on my website for a free custom painted body,...

    www.clawrc.com

It acts like an actual store, but there is no charge, and no CC # needed. chances are 1 in 100

    Thanks!
