The best of everything went into this. Forged pop-ups, Crane roller cam and roller lifters, pete Jackson gear drive, GM alum. heads, intake and water pump. dyno 579 hp and 700's#torque. Holley 800 cfm double pumper. Imco risers.

wow ! what kind of numbers are you getting with this set up ? why did you go with a gear drive ?
better to die on your feet, than live on your knees
Went with Pete Jackson gear (quiet)Drive instead of double roll timing chain. Just because I wanted too. It sounds like your running a supercharger, but I was after the accurate cam timing.
at 5600 rpm Its a tad over 82 mph. I'm running a 26 clever and Alpha SS Drive. And yes you have to hold on. The boat rolls a little to the right when accelerating and then the Hull straighten back up. Its very stable at that speed.
Good work, those are some nice numbers.
