This is an integrated browser/html composer/mailer and chat.
Works and looks the same across all the platforms I use: 98SE, 2000 Pro, XP, Linux, System X. Its very stable. Very fast since it will preload on startup. Makes dial-up a little less annoying.
I think its the best out there if you are running Mac System 10.2 or above.
And there is a portable version for thumb drives......
