Internet site question
I have a laptop running vista, and I'm running avast antivirus. about week ago, I uninstalled and reinstalled avast. since then whenever I go to a website that I have to log on to (enter username and pw) I still get the tool bar, address bar and all that stuff, but the part where I should see the website is blank. Pages like yahoo and google show up fine. I've tried turning off the firewall, avast, defender and adding my e-mail site to the allowed site list, no luck. I suspect something is not checked in my security settings, but don't know enough to figure out which one. Thoughts? Ideas? Sledgehammer?

Try un blocking your pop ups. Usually there is a setting to allow temporary pop ups. Just my 2 cents.
