I am running XP Pro lately I have a prob on start up, all seems fine until I get the Welome window then it just sits there. I have to hit the reset button 2-3 times to finally get it up and running then all is fine, I loaded XP's power toys thinking it still had the feature of killing the splash screens figuring that may cure things. The new PT does not have that feature, any ideas short of a scrub/load would be appreciated.
