    Phil, mine has pre drilled, reamed holes that press fit onto the flanged holes on the crank pulley. I thought that would center it pretty well, but it didn't. It needs to be corrected.

    Dont run that gas in anything. When I drained mine and used it in the lawn tractor it ran like sh!t for a month.
    The foam cuts easily and the rest can be scraped and sanded.

    With the tank located that far forward, foam is probably a must for total support. Is that the original location?
